My teaching style is structured and stress-free. I strive to make the learning process interesting and fun! I am qualified to teach this class as I spent time during my undergraduate studies minoring in Environmental Science. I have a passion for understanding how our Earth functions and ways in which we can conserve and protect it.
Homework Offered
Homework will consist of: * 3-4 videos per week ranging in length between about 5 minutes to 17 minutes * Weekly quizzes that accompany each video consisting of 10 or fewer multiple choice or short answer questions * An occasional additional resource activity (only about 5 throughout the entire semester) that consists of looking at a map, calculating your personal carbon footprint, and other activities. * Weekly discussion questions that accompany each video. The discussion assignments will be where students interact with one another by reading and responding to their classmates posts.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
