Sessions are designed to prepare students for Algebra 2.  Students are tutored based on the common core high school curriculum.  Weekly sessions will be followed with practice work. Topics included are listed below: 
Chapter 1: Linear Functions
Chapter 2: Quadratic Functions
Chapter 3: Quadratic Equations and Complex Numbers
Chapter 4: Polynomial Functions
Chapter 5: Rational Exponents and Radical Functions
Chapter 6: Exponential and Logarithmic Functions
Chapter 7: Rational Functions
Chapter 8: Sequences and Series
Chapter 9: Trigonometric Ratios and Functions

The teaching style consists of the student working directly with the instructor to learn concepts, solve problems, and ask questions.     A virtual whiteboard is used so that the student can participate in each session.  Students should have a good background in Algebra 1 and Geometry.
