Class Experience

Students will learn how to make and bake three ingredient dog treats.
I have always had dogs my entire life, usually two dogs at a time. My eleven year old daughter and I have been making homemade treats for our dogs for years.

A recipe will be given on the first day. Students will need a jar of creamy peanut butter, a bag of flour, milk, a large mixing bowl, dry and wet measuring cups, a tablespoon, a spatula, at least 2 baking trays, oven mitts, a rolling pin, and at least one medium cookie cutter (you can get dog bone shaped ones on Amazon but it is not necessary, any will do). .....this list is attached for you to print.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The use of an oven is necessary so parents will need to assist with the cooking of the dog treats and putting them in and out of the oven.
