10 in-class hoursClass Experience
This class is made for beginners! We will begin by creating characters together and then set out on our storytelling adventure! On day one, we will do introductions and character creation. If there is extra time, we will start the story! The rest of the camp will be devoted to playing through the story. Students will be expected to problem solve and work as a team to complete the campaign! We will roll dice to determine the outcomes of their attempted actions, and creatively work around any issues or encounters players may have. Students will be using math skills, social skills, and team building skills to have fun and make memories together!
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of Dungeons and Dragons and how to play. Students will also be using math skills, social skills, and problem solving skills to play through this fantasy realm.
