Dual Language Spanish Book Club (Middle School)
Are you in Spanish dual language program, join this book club. Over the next eight weeks we will read a Spanish book together. I will cover vocabulary and major topics from the books before diving in. First book: Béisbol en abril

Intermediate Level
I will use pictures to cover the vocabulary in the book. I will read to the students. Together, we will answer questions to check reading comprehension. Then, students will be assigned to read part of the book independently. During the following sessions, we will go over what they read on their own. There will be exit slips to check for reading comprehension.

I love to teach history and do my best to make it an interactive and engaging class. My favorite subject to teach is ancient civilizations, as I am currently learning to read cuneiform and hieroglyphs.
I taught middle school for 15 years and now I am a grad student at the University of Chicago.
