In this class, we will be learning how to draw puppies, weekly, using Procreate. Basic knowledge of the iPad and app is strongly requested. If you have any questions or need direction making sure you or your child know the basics of the hardware and software, please, do not hesitate to message me and I’d be happy to help. I lead an energetic class and balance individual and group attention, simultaneously, for the active drawing portion. The majority of the class is studio time and we will go step by step. I like to let the learner lead and create at their own pace, but, also keep everyone on par so we are at the same point in the process. For the last ten minutes, I let the children share their work and engage as a class.

I will be teaching students how to draw one kawaii puppy per week using procreate on an iPad.

Parental Guidance
This is a beginner level digital illustration class. The learner should have a basic understanding of how to use the hardware and software. This class is great for children who know the rudimentary skills and want to begin drawing without the complexities of the app like layers or brushes. If you have any concerns about this class aligning with your child’s expertise in digital illustration, please, do not hesitate to reach out. I support a multi level learner space and typically a learner can jump right in.

Hello, welcome to the art studio. My name is Anna and I have been an artist and educator for more than two decades. I’ve worked in Montessori, public schools and as an art therapist at a nursing home, to name a few positions I’ve held. I teach all ages and hold space in a creative heart and an atmosphere catering to learner led and inspiring studio work.
I teach writing, drawing, painting, sewing, printmaking and photography. My classes are for children who want to dive deeply into their creative work.
I try to emulate as much of a real studio classroom experience. We practice making abstract ideas become visual expression. I love to make the artistic journey full of joy and the problems to solve as puzzles to solve.
I have two little girls who are 5 & 7. We like puppies, UNO and cooking! I make art and the girls and I love to watch cartoons. !Reviews
