Beginning and intermediate drawers are welcome! All abilities are welcome in this supportive environment. The next class drawing subjects are chosen by the learners, and can include but are not limited to: Elegant Elephants Red Panda Giant Giraffes Doggie Dog Playful Penguins Iguana Jellyfish Pretty Parrots Red-eyed Treefrog Cuddly Cat Dynamic Dolphins Owls Birds, Butterflies and Flowers Underwater Surprises
Learning Goals
Students will learn fundamental techniques including how to draw, blend colors, shade, shadow, highlight, proportions, detail and more! We will use line, color, shape, value, space and texture to bring form and character to our animal. Learners will practice following directions, focusing on details, turn mistakes into 'happy little accidents', and make a drawing to be proud of. I am here to teach, inspire, and unleash a passion for art and nature, all while having fun!
