My name is Charlene and I am originally from Jamaica. I moved to the USA in 1991 to attend college where I earned a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Psychology. 
My first job after college was teaching at a daycare where I taught the 3 and 4 year old class. I love kids and have taught different age groups and subjects. I have also taught modeling and self development to young ladies at various modeling agencies for many years. As a certified multi media makeup artist and licensed Esthetician I've taught makeup workshops for pageants. I've also worked with the State helping runaways and delinquent children. I have a very diverse background and experience working with kids from different walks of life.
While I'm not working, I am a mom to an elementary aged son and a daughter who will start middle school in the fall. We live to spend our time baking, cooking and doing art.
I'm told that I am very patient and nurturing with kids.
I will start my Outschool experience with art for the younger kids and as time permits I'll venture into other areas, such as makeup artistry for the tweens and teenagers.
