This class will look at this stunning time period as well as how the amazing design crew brought together classics to make this show a success. So come back in time with me, grab and a pencil and draw clothes that will transform you to Downton Abbey, England. We look at how we can use styles from this time period and making them have a modern twist for today's fashion. Week 1: Looking at the clothes and styles that were used in making Downton Abbey and recreating our own styles on paper Week 2: Looking at Downton Abbey evening gowns and recreating our own styles on paper Week 3: Looking at Downton Abbey men's clothes, transforming these styles into our own creations Week 4: Downton Abbey weddings-- Creating styles for this time period as well as wedding dresses that could be worn today *Subject to change

Print outs will be posted in class and are needed for each class (however, if you do not have a printer, please just bring a paper and pencil). Please also bring coloring pencils and an eraser.
