In this on-going 4 week course, we will meet twice a week to learn about 8 creatures from the Disgusting Critters Series by Elise Gravel. Animals include the fly, the bat, the spider, the rat, the toad, the slug, the worm, and head lice.

Beginner Level
In this fun, ongoing 4 week course, students will get to learn about different animals from the Disgusting Critters Series by Elise Gravel. Animals include the fly, the bat, the spider, the rat, the toad, the slug, the worm, and head lice. We will meet twice a week to read a book on a particular "Disgusting Critter." The students will also get to play an interactive game, watch a short video about our animal, and then do a directed-drawing. This class is great for students who love animals or...
Students will learn about a variety of animals. Students will compare and contrast information gathered through each class. Students will be able to ask and answer questions during and after each reading.
Students will need a blank piece of paper for each directed-drawing of the animal they are studying. Students will also need a pencil and markers or crayons.
