Hi, I'm Justin from Canada. It's my pleasure to share my experience with new learners. This ongoing class is designed so new learners can join at any point, but content does build. We'll uncover the digital layers of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Web3, NFTs and metaverses are hot topics and the leading trends of the future. We'll understand how non-fungible tokens are created and why. We'll learn about cyber security and its importance not only to blockchains and digital crypto wallets, but daily Internet usage as well. I'll utilize slides and various cryptocurrency tools in this conversational class and there will be opportunities to participate in discussions with the aim of upping our collective knowledge of the present and future of decentralized personal finance. No prior knowledge of cryptos, NFTs, gaming or blockchains required. Weekly lessons sample (All concepts introduced will continue to be expanded upon each week going forward, allowing learners to confidently join this ongoing class at any point): Week of October 10: Blockchain Basics & Crypto Introduction Week of October 17: What are Non-Fungible Tokens? Week of October 24: What is Web 3.0? Week of October 31: Everyday Crypto Uses Week of November 7: Cyber Security and Crypto Wallets Week of November 14: Decentralized Financial Future *This is an ongoing class that requires enrolled learners to stop subscriptions before Sunday if they plan to end their enrollment. *Learners planning to maintain enrollment do not need to make any changes to their subscription. *Please, read Outschool's ongoing class subscription guidelines for complete details.
