Do you have a learner who knows a little bit about everything? Or one who is curious and always seeking new information? This class is perfect for growing minds who love learning and love having fun! This class is structured as a game to engage all learners! They will learn 15 strange, unusual and funny life science facts. Students will use common sense, critical thinking, and even some teamwork to try to find the correct answer! You can expect students to learn facts about the human body as well as various members of the animal community!

Students will need a way to keep track of their points. This can be a paper and pencil or whiteboard and marker.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

My goal as your learner’s teacher is to inspire them to be lifelong learners. Learning is scary and requires a lot of vulnerability to take chances knowing you could make a mistake. I pride myself on helping students feel safe, confident, and secure in themselves. I’ve always seen tremendous growth in students when they are in an environment that allows for them to safely make mistakes and learn from them.
