Class Experience

 1 file available upon enrollment
Required: -a quiet environment Recommended: --pajamas or comfy clothes -this class might be best enjoyed in bed, or on the floor next to the bed, so students can go straight to sleep -students might want to play soft music, or soothing sounds (ocean...rain...) -lighting shouldn't be too bright Basically, just set students up with a quiet and relaxing space that is conducive to sleep.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
