This class will be all about Sea Turtles! The learners will have the opportunity to share what they already know about sea turtles and ask questions that they may have. We will use nonfiction text to look for facts about sea turtles and the answers to our questions. We will discuss and write the facts that we learn. We will play an addition game with a sea turtle theme, sing a few sea turtles songs, and make our very own sea turtle. This class will include participation through class discussion and completion of google slide activities. While students are learning about sea turtles they will also be working on their Reading, Writing, Math, and Science skills.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about Sea Turtles.
Students will learn how to locate facts in nonfiction books.
Students will review addition facts.
