Welcome veteran debaters! In this three-day course, students will further develop their debate skills by learning to evaluate evidence, track contentions, and effectively cross examine opponents.

Description
Class Experience
By the end of the course, students will be able to advocate for the relative strength of their evidence and impacts while also tracking contentions through the entire debate round.
After the first and second classes, students will be assigned teams and given a debate topic to research and prepare.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Debaters will be given individualized feedback after each class.
3 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
