Class experience
Each day, students will practice a technique to help release the worried thoughts of the mind about things such as tests coming up, issues with friends, feeling low self-esteem, and other challenges they are dealing with. We will practice simple techniques such as listening to sounds around us, 4-sided breathing, HeartMath techniques, moving meditations, mindful art, and more. This is not therapy by any means.
