Homework
Most work will be done in class. Student is encourage to use mouse, or computer pencil or computer pen and complete the math questions together on the screen during Zoom screen share. Optional Homework may be assigned on IXL for students looking for extra practice.

Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 6
We will be teaching Grade 5 Math. The class may have worksheets and activities. We may use games, slides, video, images, manipulatives to teach the material. We will be using the interactive whiteboard on Zoom so students are encouraged to provide their share of their responses using a mouse, in the chat box or using a drawing tablet.

Parental Guidance
We may use Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets, for teaching our class and for informal assessments during our class. Student may require a Gmail account to use them. We will be using screen share only. For class notes, I will be using Zoom Screen Share to share the material in class. Students will be predominately writing in their own lined paper, notebook, or worksheets. Occasionally there will be worksheet that will be required to be printed out at home to complete for extra practice and those will be attached to sent to parent before or after our session.

Completion of Grade 4 Math.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Elementary with a Math and Science specialization. I also completed a Diploma in Early Years Education, Certificate in Kindergarten, Diploma in Special Education, and Certificate in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language). I have worked with student ages from Pre-K to Grade 12.
