Each week we'll look at the headlines from around the world, including sources like The New York Times, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and the Associated Press, to review key events for strong contextual understanding.

Class will examine each event through a variety of lenses to promote student understanding. Some example lenses include economics, political, social, diplomatic, and security perspectives. 

During class, we'll touch base regarding questions students have from the previous week before diving into the sessions topic. Class will be a combination of lecture, discussion, and source analysis.
