I will provide each student with a short five-page guide to Bitcoin and another cryptocurrency to keep and read.Class Experience
The class will focus on the future of cryptocurrencies. Students will learn about cryptocurrencies during this class. They're faster, more secure, and more convenient than traditional currencies. With cryptocurrencies, you can easily make transactions anywhere in the world without having to worry about currency exchange rates or fees. Plus, cryptocurrencies are not tied to any specific government or financial institution, so they're immune to political instability and inflation. If you're looking for a more secure and efficient way to handle your finances, then cryptocurrencies are the way to go! Students interact with each other via an interactive and engaging platform called Zoom and NearPod, which is used in the class.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about the future of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, their history, and more. Bitcoin is a form of digital currency which is created and held electronically. Also known as cryptocurrency, this money is not controlled or owned by a person or company, they are a decentralized entity. There are no border limitations on Bitcoin exchanges, which means it can be transferred from one country to another without hindrance. What this means for the future of Bitcoin is that it can be used to buy products from any country in the world! There are many different kinds of Bitcoin wallets for your computer or phone. Bitcoin can be used to purchase products from any store you want using a wallet.
