In this 4 week flex class beginner students will learn to crochet 4 different stitches.
Class experience
This is a flex class. There will be no live meetings. For each of the four weeks I will upload a video demonstrating one crochet stitch. Students will watch the video, learn, and practice the stitches. They will then be able to post their questions and pictures of their progress. I will provide each student with feedback about their work. Students will give feedback on each others color choices and techniques. All posts will be done in our Outschool classroom. Students will learn how to crochet four different beginner level stitches.
I have been crocheting since I was nine. I have made scarves, blankets, sweaters, hats and much more. I am obsessed with yarn and all it can do.
Homework Offered
Each week, after watching the demonstration, students should spend time practicing each new stitch. They will post their progress, and their questions in the Outschool classroom. Students will also compare and comment on each other’s work. I will give feedback and encourage each student.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
