Beginner Level
Welcome to the exciting world of screenwriting!
If you're fascinated by what you see on the movie or television screen, it all starts with a script! In this engaging and interactive 9-week class, we will study different genre/styles of film and television. You will learn the essential storytelling fundamentals and technical aspects of screenwriting so you can write your first screenplay.

Through a combination of interactive lectures, practical exercises, and group discussions, you will gain hands-on experience in developing story ideas, outlining narratives, and writing scenes. I will provide valuable feedback and guidance, enabling you to refine your writing skills and unleash your creativity.

By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of the screenwriting process and the tools necessary to develop a professional script. Whether you aspire to be the next Hollywood screenwriter or simply want to explore your passion for storytelling, this class will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to bring your ideas to fruition.
