I've been a storyteller all my life but doing it professionally for the past two decades as a published author, ghostwriter, screenwriter, editor, and creativity coach. I love teaching writers to stretch their imaginations as well as strengthen/develop writing skills with fun exercises and challenges that spark inspiration and creativity. In the past ten years, I have been hired to write scripts for directors, producers, and actors that have included short films, television, and web series, and fictional podcasts in various genres.
Homework Offered
There will be assignments related to the class lessons that may include writing exercises, watching a film or episode of television (age-appropriate, of course), or reading a script. Time spent will depend on the individual learner.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
