⭐️ Do you want your child to grow confidence in their creative writing abilities?
⭐️ Are you tired of using a boring workbook to teach writing?
⭐️ Does your child need instruction delivered in a clear and effective way?
⭐️ Do you want your child to have fun creating a mini poetry project as they write?
⭐️ Well don’t worry… you’re in the “write” place, and we’re ready to have a blast in this poetry writing holiday camp!

Writing poetry can be tricky with all the rules involved, but it also can be FUN, and a way to build confidence in a child! The goal of this holiday writing camp is to have tons of fun practicing creative writing with a focus on different types of poems.

🎄 In this 3-day holiday camp, learners will learn the characteristics of 6 different types of poetry and be provided with tips and tricks on how to write each type. Learners will create a Poetry Flipbook to showcase all of their hard work.

🎄 The purpose of this class is for learners to grow an appreciation for poetry and practice trying different types of writing. Writing poetry can be deeply personal, and learners will have the opportunity to share their writing with the class during the camp, but it will not be required.

🎄 Over the 3-day camp, students will create a Poetry Flipbook. Students will just need to print the pages and have a stapler handy to put it all together. You could even print these pages on fun holiday colored paper! This is the perfect writing keepsake to showcase your learner's hard work!
