About Me - Tami (Mrs. Oakes)
Hello! I’m Tami, but you can call me Mrs. Oakes. I am an artist and a passionate teacher with over ten years of experience in sharing the joy of art with kids aged 5 to 18. My journey in painting started long ago, and it has allowed me to bring live demonstrations to my students, helping them enhance their skills and explore their creativity.
In addition to my experience as an artist, I have spent many years in a traditional classroom setting, which prepared me to make the exciting transition to the virtual art studio on Outschool in 2020. I’m thrilled to be able to connect with young artists online and support them in their artistic journeys. Let's create something amazing together!
