In this class we will invite students to have the freedom to explore their own creative ideas and drawing skills.  Each week will start out by using our imaginations to explore different scenarios, concepts and drawing prompts like a fairytale kingdom, magical nature, or friendly monster for just a few examples.

We will start with one main topic and drawing prompt for each class that will be described in a few short sentences.   The students will be invited to draw their creative interpretation or ideas from the suggested topic.  During this drawing time, I will also touch upon concepts of artistic technique like color theory, shading, perspective, etc.  We will add elements to the drawing as we go along and students will have a few minutes to explain their drawing to the class at the end.
