Hello! In this class, learners will create a handmade Valentine Card for someone. The Valentine Card will include a three heard pop-up that students will cut out with their color paper. Any color is encouraged for the paper that will be used. Students will need 4 sheets of paper, 3 of there would need to be different colors. One will be used for the card, the other for our hearts pop-up. Glue sticks and scissors are also needed. I will display step by step how to create the pop-up heart and how to glue it onto the card. Markers are also encouraged as we will write messages in our cards/draw. Once we complete the cards, learners will have the chance to share their finished products.
Learning Goals
Learners will have the opportunity to be creative and design their original valentine card for someone as a gift.
