In this one-time class, students will learn how to make Thanksgiving turkeys out of candy and will have the opportunity to identify what they are thankful for with their classmates.
Class experience
In this one-time class, students will create a Thanksgiving turkey out of various pieces of candy. This is great for a holiday dessert and it's fun for the whole family. The students will make one turkey with me step by step and if time allows, we will make as many turkeys as we can. The students will have the opportunity to discuss what they are thankful for during this class. Your learner will need to following supplies: 1. A package of Oreos 2. A package of miniature Peanut Butter Cups 3....
This class is taught in English.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be melting chocolate either in the microwave or on the stove. Students will also need to use a butter knife during class. I recommend parental supervision during class in case of injury.
