Class Experience

Students will learn about ingredients used for South East Asian food.
Students would need to purchase their own ingredients and seasoning. The recipe will be given after the child is enrolled in the class.

Main Kitchen tools - a wok or frying pan, knife and cutting board for cutting.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please note this is a cooking class and students will be using the hot stove , hot water and sharp kitchen tools like knives. Adult must be present in case assistance or emergencies. In Some
families, parents are needed to help fry the dish if kids are not comfortable to work around hot stove. Students may occasionally need to finish cooking a dish after the scheduled time ends.

It is the your responsibility to review the ingredients and to let me know if there are any allergies so I can help you find an alternative. Thank you!
