Parental Guidance
Please note this is a cooking class and students will be using the hot stove , hot water and sharp kitchen tools like knives. Adult must be present in case assistance or emergencies. In Some families, parents are needed to help fry the dish if kids are not comfortable to work around hot stove. Students may occasionally need to finish cooking a dish after the scheduled time ends. It is the your responsibility to review the ingredients and to let me know if there are any allergies so I can help you find an alternative. Thank you!

Teacher expertise and credentials
My passion is to teach you how to bake and cook using the equipment and tools that are already available in your kitchen. I have been teaching baking and cooking classes for the last 20 odd years. When I am not cooking or baking, I volunteer in nonprofit activities, improvising on recipes and play table and board games with friends and family. Mahjong is one of my favorite games. It is one game that involves some math concepts. I have also been teaching adults and kids how to play the mahjong games. My philosophy on my teaching is to have fun while learning and learn some basic skills which can apply into other areas. I love to collect cookie cutters.
