The goal of these classes is for children to confidently communicate and express themselves, no matter how big or small the crowd may be. This will be done by practicing exercises that increase confidence as well as by providing students with a safe and non-judgemental environment, where they can openly express their ideas.
Homework Offered
Every week, students will be given a role. Worksheets for each role will be provided on the classroom page. Students will be expected to complete the worksheet assigned to their role and present it to the class. This should take around 5-15 minutes to complete depending on the role. On the 6th and 8th weeks, students will be asked to present their major assignments. This should take around 15-30 minutes to complete.Assessments Offered
In the 6th and 8th classes, each student will be given a report card with personalized feedback and recommendations for the next steps. They will also receive a certificate upon completion.Grades Offered
