This course will empower learners to pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals. The discussion-based course will consist of 5 sessions that introduce tools and content centered on self-confidence.

Class Experience

This course will consist of 5 sessions. Each session will be interactive and discussion-based. The learners will explore their own  thoughts, feelings, and emotions about self-confidence. 

Session 1: Introduction
This session will serve as an introduction for the instructor and learners. We will discuss the expectations of the course and introduce the core concepts. Learners will share their intentions for the course. 

Session 2: Body
We will discuss confidence as it relates to the physical body. The instructor will provide tools on how to portray confidence through your body.

Session 3: Mind
We will discuss how the mind influences our behavior as it relates to confidence. The session will include application-based practices designed to empower the learner in their every day life. 

Session 4: Soul 
We will discuss how to create your own path in life. The instructor will introduce the importance of gratitude and enjoyment. 

Session 5: Outro
The instruction will recap highlights of the course. We will discuss how the various tools and application-based techniques can be implemented in the learners' lives.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
