Conditioning and Flexibility for Gymnasts - Evening Class

In my group class, gymnasts will focus on building strength via gymnastics-specific conditioning and flexibility exercises 2x per week. I've created fun ways for gymnasts to learn the necessity of strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

Class Experience

  • In every session, gymnasts will learn the importance of building strength and increasing flexibility.
Parents, please have an open space for your gymnasts to practice in. No tables or hard surfaces they could hurt themselves on. Panel mats are always a good piece of equipment to have. If you need equipment recommendations, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I will send you a list of appropriate equipment for your house and gymnast.
