Class Experience

This class will give students some background on the Cold War and tell the stories of several famous spies of the era. We will learn about Aldrich Ames, Oleg Gordievsky, Kim Philby and "The Cambridge Five," including some fascinating facts about the kind of intelligence they shared, how they passed on classified information, and how their spying careers came to an end.  With Russia dominating the headlines these days, let’s delve into some of the histories that brought us to where we are today.
