Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
At the end of this course, students will be able to identify the following for each coin:
- The name of the President's on the front
- The symbol on the back
- The color of the coin
- The value of the coin

Week 1: Pennies
Week 2: Nickels
Week 3: Dimes
Week 4: Quarters
My first graders loved the songs about each coin!
Remember to complete the discussion questions and respond to other students. Remember to post your drawings and labels of the coins at the end of the course.
I will know the student understands the content based on their responses to discussion questions and their end-of-course drawing.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be encouraged to respond to the discussion posts after each lesson.
Students will be required to post a drawing and label each coin at the end of the course.
Students will also be encouraged to respond to at least 1 entry from other learners per lesson.
Studying and practicing the topics of the week are recommended.
*Parents may need to help assist typing the answers to the posts.
