Description

Class Experience

Lesson is aimed for students who have experience with Scratch Jr.  Students will work on the basics of programming, problem solving and critical thinking skills using Scratch Jr app.  

In this one time class, students will listen to: The Princess Series: Cinderella By: Flowerpot Press and create a short retell with teacher's help and support.  Teacher will model and provide step by step instructions, but students are free to modify and make this project their own if ready.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Scratch Jr. app

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

You must download the Scratch Jr. app before class.  This app is free and does not require an account to use.  You can download to an iPad or Chromebook.
