This class is perfect for any student that wants to learn tips and tricks for drawing fashion designs! Each week, we will focus on a new item or detail. We will learn industry terminology while we sketch and review tips and tricks that make drawing clothes easier and more fun! We will be sketching with paper and pencil primarily, but markers and colored pencils may be necessary for those that love to add color! - New York-based Fashion Designer for nearly 15 years - Graduated summa cum laude from Philadelphia University with a BS in Fashion Design - Adjunct Professor of Fashion Studies - Professional experience in Art, Design, Merchandising, Sales, Production, and Marketing
Weekly sketch submission to the classroom. Time-dependent on student engagement, but approx 30mins per week.
Multiple sheets of blank paper (or sketchbook) Pencil and eraser Markers or colored pencils (optional) *Print outs provided
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
