Students will be exposed to literature components for the rest of their lives! This is a great way for young readers to become familiar with reading vocabulary. - Who were the main characters in the story? What were they like? - What was the story mainly about? - What is the title of the story? What does the title and cover tell us about the book? - What were the problems in this story? Were there any solutions?
I was a classroom teacher for 5 years and have taught online for 5. My main background is in early childhood education and I have a passion for teaching students to explore literature.
Homework Offered
Remember to post your answers to the comprehension questions and respond to another learner's answers. You may also complete the prompt on the given writing/ drawing template!0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Students are not required to have their own copies of the books, but it may be helpful.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will most likely need assistance posting their answers to the comprehension questions and completing the writing/drawing prompt.
