Welcome to our Classic Retro Legend of Zelda Social Club! Miss Devyn and all of the teachers have a favorite Zelda game. Which one is yours? 🍎Get to know our teachers (copy and paste in your browser): https://bit.ly/VGUMeetTheTeachers 🚀 Class Description: Are you a fan of the classic Legend of Zelda games? So are we! In this social club, enjoy retro Zelda games with other learners. Maybe you are playing for your very first time, or you have already defeated Ganon in every game! Learners play along together and share their love of these classic games! ⚔️ This class is open to all learners who are playing any Zelda game: The Legend of Zelda, The Adventure of Link, A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Oracle of Seasons and Ages, Four Swords, The Wind Waker, Four Swords Adventures, The Minish Cap, Twilight Princess, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword, A Link Between Worlds... so many Zelda games, so many quests, weapons, bosses, and Hyrules to save! (Many of these classic adventures are available on the Nintendo Switch with a Nintendo Online membership!) During each class, teachers will help students with their questions and show them their game on screen as they play right along with them. This is a great place for new gamers and experienced gamers. Students help each other explore Hyrule together! • Bring your questions. • Bring your expertise. • Bring your sword. 🥳 Small Class Sizes: Our smaller class sizes guarantee quality attention given to each individual! Rather than getting lost inside a giant class or being isolated inside a Zoom breakout room, our teachers play along on their screens and get to know every individual, and learners are given a chance to form true bonds of friendship. 🎮 Play on any console you want! Learners can play from their NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Gameboy, DS, 3DS, or Nintendo Switch. Regardless of the device your learner or their friends own, they’ll be able to play the game together. 📝 Course Requirements: - Access to a gaming console of your choice! - The Legend of Zelda game of your choice! - A stable internet connection suitable for Zoom calls. - Basic familiarity with your game of choice and its controls. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION If you want to play on the Switch, you will need to have the Nintendo Switch Online+ installed on your Switch. This will allow you to access the Gameboy, SNES, and Nintendo 64 games that are currently available on the Nintendo Switch. ⌨️ Gamer Tags: There are no gamer tags shared or required in this class.
Learning Goals
