The goal of this class is to have your learner meet me and see my teaching style as well as experience a shortened version of my full-length class on this topic.

Over the years I have loved helping children and teens from 2 years old to 19 improve their speech, language, auditory, phonics, comprehension, reading and brain fitness skills and much more. I meet my students where they are at their level. As I teach, I adjust to help reluctant learners as well as others who may need or want more challenge. I have decades of experience teaching each of these types of learners within the same class. I try to make my classes engaging and fun. I have a wide range of experience that includes teaching those on the autism spectrum, learning disabled students, add/adhd and many more areas of concern, as well as, experience teaching regular and gifted learners. I have found that patient encouragement in a structured and energetic yet relaxed classroom environment helps learners brains focus to receive information better and helps them become detail oriented.

Homework Offered
The passage read in class as well as the helpful hints / strategies discussed and an optional practice page will be posted in the classroom asap after class.
