Your child will explore the themes of self-esteem, kindness, and individuality through engaging activities and discussions centered around the story Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes. We will focus on the importance of each child's name, fostering a positive sense of self, and encouraging kindness towards others. The class is structured with a balanced read-aloud, interactive discussion, and creative hands-on activity that allows children to express themselves and connect meaningfully with the theme.
