Christmas Seasonal Holiday Clay Club: Weekly! - (Halloween, Fall, Thanksgiving)
In this ongoing Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving themed polymer clay class, we will vote on which seasonal creation to make in the class! (I use & recommend oven bake polymer clay, but you may also use a air dry clay!)

Students may join this club at any time! In this club, all sculptures will be Fall or Halloween themed. I do have multiple other ongoing clay clubs that are not seasonal themed, if you are interested in checking those out! In this clay club, at the beginning of every weekly class students will vote on which sculpture they would like to learn how to create. Students will follow the teacher lead as they learn to create the sculpture that won the vote. With a shared love for art, learners will gain friends in the clay club as well! While creating our masterpieces, fun discussions among peers will be encouraged! Absolutely no previous skills or knowledge is required for this class! This class will create a strong foundation to build your future polymer clay craft. We will learn key clay techniques, and how to use our tools to their best ability! These techniques are some of the most useful and critical methods to know! These skills will set a basic framework to learn other clay skills in the future. This class will help establish a well rounded foundation and understanding of the basic polymer clay discipline. This club is also great clay practice to create more confident and comfortable crafters. In this live class, I will demonstrate the techniques as students follow along. I will give helpful tips and tricks to polymer clay to advance each individual! Weekly Breakdown: Week of August 29: fall mushroom arrangement Week of September 5: Floral arrangement on a pumpkin Week of September 12: Pumpkin Spice in a mug or takeout coffee Week of September 26: Fall Squirrel or Fall Rabbit Week of October 3: spooky cauldron or creepy teddy bear or cute ghost Week of October 10: customize your own witch or Halloween doggy Week of October 17: Pumpkin Basket Filled with candy or scaredy cat Week of October 24: Halloween Cake or Halloween Cupcake Week of October 31: dog in pumpkin or cat in pumpkin or mouse in pumpkin Week of November 7: Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Roll Week of November 14: Customized thanksgiving feast Week of November 21: Customize our own turkeys Week of November 27: student’s choice! (Anything from this list) ❤️Week of Dec 4: cute dog or cat in Christmas stocking 💚Week of Dec 11: Christmas sleigh with Santa or reindeer in sleigh ❤️Week of Dec 18: Peppermint Reindeer or Santa Penguin ~ Christmas Break ~ Week of Jan 1: New Years Animal
Other Details
Parental Guidance
No parental supervision is required during class. However, students will need to use an oven to bake their clay creation after class. To bake their clay creations, parents may need to assist their child.

- Clay - Clay tools - Oven if using polymer clay (for baking their creation after class!)
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I am currently a certified 120 hour TESOL teacher, I’ve taught over 2,200 classes to more than 800 students, in both online and in-person settings spanning nearly 4 years.

❤️ I married my husband in 2022, we just had a baby boy in November 2023, and I have a 6 year old bonus daughter!

🎨 Over a decade of sculpting with polymer clay!
🎨 Completed two art portfolios in one year, totaling 48 pieces – a notable achievement in Texas.
🎨 Participated and triumphed in various local and state art competitions, including hosting an art show with an auction.
🎨 I own a small art business where I am selling in a few physical stores, + an online shop!

- Classes should last the amount of time stated. However, depending on the amount of students, in a rare situation class may last slightly longer or shorter.
- I will wait 10 minutes in a class for a student to show up, if the student is still not there after 10 minutes, I will leave the classroom.
