Certified Math Teacher 👩🏼‍🏫: Private 1:1 Tutoring 🥳 (Grade 6 - Calculus)

In this course, we will work through specific math problems of the learner's choosing. We will discuss what steps to take to best find the solutions. Emphasis is on the process of doing math rather than enforcing right answers. 

The student should have a 6th grade math level or higher. Since math builds upon itself, it is best if the student has these certain skills prior to meeting: knowledge of multiplication tables, integer operations, basic calculator functions are crucial to help assist in more advanced topics.  

Examples of topics we may go over include: solving equations, graphing, systems of equations (substitution, elimination, graphing systems), evaluating functions, domain and range, factoring, synthetic division, polynomial operations, word problems, simplifying radicals, radical operations, quadratic formula, rational expressions, area and perimeter, pythagorean theorem, absolute value, inequalities, sine/cosine/tangent, logarithms, unit circle, completing the square, fraction operations, imaginary numbers, asymptotes, inverse functions, piecewise functions, degrees and radians, etc.
