In today's world, it's so important that children learn to embrace and accept others.  In this one-time class, we will be discussing how people are different and unique.  Everyone looks different on the outside, but it's what's on the inside that counts. Children will learn that the differences are what make us special and unique!  We will be reading a book, having a discussion about unique differences, and doing an activity to show children the importance of not judging others by what they look like! If your child would like to bring a picture of his/her family to class, we can share them together during our lesson. Please bring some paper and markers or crayons to class as well.  I believe children learn best by being engaged and having fun so I hope to see you soon in class!
