This five-week interactive workshop will guide high school students through finding and landing internships. From building a standout resume to nailing the interview, students will gain the essential skills needed to secure real-world experience while still in high school. Students will also receive hands-on support with resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, identifying and compiling a list of internship opportunities in their selected fields, professional etiquette in the workplace, and more tools to help build professional identity. This workshop prepares students with the tools, tips, and confidence to land an internship and kickstart their career journey. Whether students aim for tech, business, arts, or any other industry, this workshop will set them on the path to success!

With over a decade of experience in higher education, I have worked extensively in career development, particularly in the sciences. My teaching experience includes roles as a Cooperative Education Faculty member to undergraduate Neuroscience students. I am currently an Assistant Dean of Career and Professional Development for Biomedical PhD students at a Medical University in Massachusetts.
