Description
Class Experience
Students will learn kickboxing techniques and exercise to improve cardiovascular health.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students should have water nearby and plenty of space to perform movement. I recommend 10x10 feet. This class will increase the learner's heart rate. Please make sure your child recognizes their fitness level and does not overexert themselves.
