5. Parkour

SMA believes in combining the elements of movement disciplines with the foundation of portraying self-defense on film for the welfare of others. We aim to improve self-belief, body awareness, compassion, cultural awareness, athleticism, spatial awareness, and most importantly joy for our comrades to be at peace with one another.
