Class experience
Come join the writing and editorial staff at the Curiosity Chronicle!!! Newspaper staffers will have the opportunity to explore different roles within the world of publishing our monthly online newspaper. Participants will be responsible for 100% of the content in each edition and the educator leading the course will be available for support and steering throughout the publication process. Amanda is a homeschool parent to a wonderfully inquisitive 2e 4th grader. She graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in Communications and Political Science and brings a wealth of experience to our classroom. Amanda has taught/tutored in a range of environments including elementary school, high school, and after school homework programs. She was even the editor-in-chief of her own school newspaper, so these sessions bring her right back to her roots! Amanda also absolutely loves to travel! Domestic or international, from budget to luxury, and from backpacking to cruising… Amanda loves to see the world! She has visited more than 80 countries (26 with her child).
