This class will run for approximately 18 weeks and will cover topics in AP Calculus AB (Limits, Derivatives, Integrals). You must have a decent understanding of the concepts in Algebra/Precalculus in order to benefit from this class. * The focus in this class will be on solving Calculus problems. * Cameras should be on during class. Topics covered: Limits Derivatives Applications of Derivatives Integrals Applications of Integration Upcoming Classes: Jan 6 - Intro to Limits Jan 8 - Finding Limits Algebraically Jan 10 - Infinite Limits Jan 13 - Limits at Infinity Jan 15 - Trigonometric Limits Jan 17 - Average/Instantaneous Rate of Change Jan 20 - Definition of the Derivative Jan 22 - Power Rule Jan 24 - Higher Order Derivatives Jan 27 - Product Rule Jan 29 - Quotient Rule Jan 31 - Chain Rule Class format: I will present a topic and then we will work through some examples and practice problems. Practice questions will be posted after each class in order to master the material covered in class.

Hi, everyone, welcome to my page! I offer a variety of classes in different high school math topics from Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus. My classes focus on working through and solving problems.
I hold a bachelor's degree with a double major in accounting/finance and have several years of tutoring experience with kids at different levels/ages.
I will teach the basic concepts, and then we will work through and solve problems together as well as individually. In the end, learners will have a greater understanding of the various concepts and have the confidence and skill to work through and solve problems by themselves.
