Beginner - Intermediate Level
This is a basic/beginners class for children who may be interested to know some more about butterflies! Learners will get to interact as little or as much as they want. No required experience or knowledge is needed. I will always take questions and comments from all of my students! All children will get a chance to speak about the butterflies they have seen and why they like them. My teaching style is very relaxed and fun and your child will NOT be pressured to speak if they don't want to. Content of Class: -Self introductions - What's your name? What country do you live in? Let's all say Hello to each other! -What butterflies we will be talking about today (the names of them) -The basics of the life cycle of butterflies (Metamorphosis) -Three different types of butterflies and some interesting facts about them -Q&A - what do you remember? -Best places you can find butterflies -Open Discussion
Learning Goals
Students will improve their knowledge about the life cycle of the butterfly and the names of three different butterflies. They will also retain some fun facts about each of them. Students can learn where they can go to spot butterflies.
