Today, we’ll discuss a concept that’s extremely important to how well we get along with others: respect.

Self respect: Are your thoughts kind?
Today, we will talk about self-talk. Self talk is the thoughts we have. It’s what we’re telling ourselves in our heads. Today we’ll learn how to use kind self-talk and learn to respect ourselves.
