We'll introduce key concepts, focus on empathetic listening, empathetic questioning, tolerance, and honest expression. During this single 60-minute session, we'll touch on fundamental aspects of communication and conflict resolution, providing a foundation for further exploration. Topics include empathetic listening, empathetic questioning, embracing tolerance and diversity, and the value of honest expression in communication. This concise session will include interactive activities and discussions to provide a brief, yet meaningful introduction to the subject. While it's in a condensed format, your teen will gain insights and practical tips to apply immediately. If there is interest, more sessions will be offered. My teaching style is highly interactive. We'll make the most of our time with engaging exercises, discussions, and practical takeaways. Expect a dynamic and participatory experience. There will be minimal lecturing, slides used for visual support, and lots of discussion to encourage peer engagement and sharing. No prior experience is necessary for this introductory session. It's designed for teens interested in improving their communication and conflict resolution skills. All they need is an open mind and a readiness to explore in a supportive environment. By the end of this 60-minute class, teens will have a glimpse into the world of effective communication and conflict resolution. If they find it valuable and wish to delve deeper, we'll be ready to extend their learning in future sessions.
