In this one-time bubble painting class, we will learn how to say bubble in sign language and then sing a bubble song together! For the main event, we will make our own bubble paint using just tempura paint, dish soap, and water! Learners will make the colors they would like to paint with and then use a straw to blow bubbles in the paint. They will blow until the bubbles grow tall like a bubble mountain! You will want to have your cups on a tray (I use a cookie tray) because the bubbles will run over the cups/containers. Next, it's time to pop our bubble mountain by placing the paper on top and allowing the colored bubbles to transfer onto our paper. You can use card stock or just regular computer paper. This will surely be a masterpiece that you will want to put on display after it dries!

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. My name is Emily and I am a mom of two. I teach interactive classes geared toward preschool-kindergarten age children. Preschool is an exciting time to lay a strong foundation for future success in school and I am here to help you do that with your child. My background is Early Childhood Education. I have my BA in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education from Northern Kentucky University. I taught preschool in the public school setting for 3 years and now I am an Early Literacy Specialist at a public library. I have a passion for early intervention and believe that students have a better chance at success when they are given the proper materials, experiences, and academic enrichment opportunities as young children. I am excited to share that passion of early learning and development on this platform.
